BATTERY LIFE
The transmission power of the detectors is automatically adjusted pending on the placement to ensure extended battery life of 5 to 7 years.
WHAT IS RADIO FREQUENCY JAMMING
Radio frequency jamming is the transmission of a continuous radio signals at high power that disrupt communications between the detection devices and the receiver of the control panel. The intruders normally use an external transmitter tuned to the same frequency as the alarm frequency and with enough power block communication between the detection devices and the receiver of the control panel.

PREVENTION
The NEO PowerG control unit can be programmed to detect a frequency jamming event and send alerts. Two way communication between the detectors and the receiver of the control unit ensure effective communication. The control unit check on a pre-programmed interval whether the detectors is visible, test the battery etc. and send alerts if any fault is detected. Should a frequency jamming occur at this point alerts can be send to a monitoring centre or to a smart phone.
