Doorbell cameras, also known as Video Doorbells, are smart home security devices that allow homeowners to keep an eye on their front door and receive alerts when someone approaches or rings the Doorbell. By incorporating artificial intelligence algorithms, the Doorbell can analyze and interpret video footage, thus providing more advanced features and functionality.

Technology Overview
Our Doorbell essentially works the same way as a security camera, capturing video, either during the day or at night, using infrared LED sensors or white light and audio through a speaker and microphone. When the Doorbell is connected to an NVR, the footage is stored on it, and when the Doorbell is installed as a standalone, the footage is stored locally on a microSD card.

Product Features:

• Human Detection – Our Doorbell has advanced AI algorithms that send notifications to your smartphone whenever a human figure passes and triggers the smart sensor.

• Face Detection/Recognition – When our Doorbell is installed as a standalone device, it can differentiate a person’s face from another object without knowing exactly who that person is, thus offering Face Detection capabilities and sending push notifications to your smartphone accordingly. When the Doorbell is connected to a face recognition NVR, the capabilities go a step further by detecting a person’s face and knowing who that person is! The detected face is compared with the face database in the NVR. It identifies specific individuals captured by the camera, allowing homeowners to receive alerts when a recognized face appears at the door or, even better, open the door to a family member using the Provision Cam2 App.

• Door Control – You may put your keys away once your Doorbell is properly connected to the front door. There are 2 ways to open the door:
-Make your way through with an RFID card (3 are included with the Doorbell kit), as the Doorbell is equipped with a proximity sensor.
-Ring the bell to call the residents, and they will open the door remotely using the Provision Cam2 Mobile App. Our Smart Doorbell is designed to be user-friendly.

• Storage – Unlike most Doorbells, our Doorbell can store footage locally. Insert a microSD card when installed as a standalone or the NVR storage when connected.

• Two-Way Communication – Homeowners can communicate with visitors from their mobile devices with a built-in microphone and speaker – a convenient feature when you’re away from home or for package deliveries and unexpected visitors. With Noise suppression and echo cancellation technology, you can genuinely enjoy a clear conversation with your guests as if it were face-to-face.

• Connections – The Doorbell allows for two types of network connections.
LAN connection – The doorbell kit includes a wiring harness with a PoE RJ45 connector. So, not only are you getting a fast and latency-free connection, but the PoE feature further enhances it. Of course, the Doorbell also supports a regular DC12V connection.
Wi-Fi connection – The Doorbell can also connect through Wi-Fi to a 2.4GHz network, so you are not limited and can change the connection type as you see fit. The Wi-Fi configuration is easy with a simple QR code scan and choosing the preferred Wi-Fi network to connect to.

• Ringer – This Doorbell is equipped with a built-in voice prompt to inform the visitor that the homeowners are being contacted and also supports a chime box connection.
