Description
The AX-100TFR is a 30m outdoor battery-powered active infrared (AIR) beam set, designed to protect driveways, open areas and small perimeters. Being completely battery-operated the AX-100TFR can be used in remote or hard-to-wire locations as well as for temporary applications. The dual beam set can be used with most wireless transmitters available on the market and when fitted with four of the recommended LHS20 SAFT batteries (to be purchased separately), it can operate up to 5 years. Featuring four selectable channels it can be stacked into towers. Please note the EE1216 is sold separately.

| A perfect alignment between transmitter and receiver is key to optimise the operation of the active beams. To make the optical alignment easier, the AX-100TFR features a LED alignment indicator. | IP55 rated, the AX-100TFR housing has been designed to resist against both water and dust. The hood featured on the front cover is to prevent frost from attaching to the cover and potentially affecting the signal power. The beam is also fitted with specific relay and absorber to protect it from lightning surges. | Being battery-powered the AX-100TFR doesn’t require any cabling at all which makes it a very flexible solution to protect hard-to-wire areas or temporary sites such as construction or event sites. The back-box is spacious enough to accommodate most wireless transmitters available on the market. Some wireless transmitters are available to purchase from us directly like the Ricochet-enabled BGR-01 or the Inovonics transmitters (some regional restrictions might apply). |
