Description

The Ajax WaterStop 3/4 Black is a smart remotely controlled water shutoff valve designed to protect homes and businesses from water damage. Integrated with the Ajax security ecosystem, the WaterStop automatically closes the water supply within seconds when paired with Ajax leak detectors or configured automation scenarios.

Built with a durable brass DN20 (3/4”) valve and a powerful electric actuator, the device can be controlled directly from the Ajax app, manually via the onboard button, or automatically through programmed scenarios such as leak detection, scheduled shutoff, or arming the security system. The advanced Jeweller radio communication technology provides secure encrypted communication with Ajax hubs at ranges of up to 1,100 meters in open space.

The Ajax WaterStop supports both hot and cold water systems and is designed for reliable long-term operation with anti-sabotage protection, overheating notifications, and valve stuck-prevention automation. Powered by pre-installed CR123A batteries with up to 3 years battery life, it can also operate using an optional 9–14V DC external power supply.
